Description:
A tall, gaunt figure in a pale grey bodysuit resembling dead flesh and wrapped in a billowing cloak that moves of its own accord.
BACKGROUND
Mindstorm's powers come take the form of spell-like abilities. His Telepathic mode covers a wide range of attacks. To activate any of them, he must chant in Gaelic. (Telepathy only requires Chanting to activate, not for continued operation.) Mindstorm has a few basic Telepathic powers that operate at range, and a few that actualy drain the target's life force that require Touch to use. His cloak is crafted from special materials that have been treated to become sensitive to his power. Via a limited form of telekenesis he can manipulate the cloak (and only the cloak) to protect him, protect others, grasp objects, or propel him thru the air. It billows and flows to unseen currents, responding to his concious and unconcious commands.
